Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We ship via standard carrier services and provide tracking information with every order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to the consumable nature of our energy products, opened items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

For damaged or defective items received, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

International shipping is available to select countries. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by location and may take 2-4 weeks.
